You can make a new character and go ca1, finish the dg and chest drop a bunch of sigmetal stuff.

Chaos Arena(s) chest sometimes drops pch/pchh. And eod b3f early boss boxes sometimes drop pch and tempus/tempus' chest drops pchh.
