Not a bug Keep On Auto Closing

I played redemption for like 3months now. and i didnt experience this ever since i started playing this until now. it kept on auto closing for like every 5mins. first it'll lag then suddenly it closed. please help me gm.

Good day could you answer things for me..

1. What Operating System are you using? (Windows 7, 8, or 10)
2. Do you have stable Internet Connection?
3. Have you tried to scan your client? ( Scan button at the Launcher)

1. I use Window 10
2. Got Stable Connection aside from im only the one using it
3. I did tried scan 3 times already no corrupted file founded

I don't use nvdia geforce as graphic card so I don't have nvdia control setting. Even I search it though.

Good day the only way to fix this.. Is to downgrade your OS to windows 8 or 7
