Fixed Leth tyrant char bind bug

I just want to report a bug about the sealed leth tyrant ring
I looted 2 of this rings and its on char bind status.

I don't understand how you could drop this with character bind status since in the drop list they are set to drop without any bind case.
Anyway, I have updated the change list to remove the charbind status.
In the next update this will apply to your item and any others, if there are any!
