• Description - I paid through an HCBC UK Bank account and the amount i paid is 20 EUROS i so far have not recieved ecoins for this and the paiment is not registerd on my Payment Hystory tab

The ecoins will be delivered by payment wall once the money gets to them.
This is how the bank transfer works. Slow.

I recommend using paypal next time.
