This mini patch is about fixing some bugs before we release the Dark Mage update
- All the skill that had the cast time reduced to 0.1 seconds were being bugged as the other could not see when the character casted it. FIXED
- Event Mobs managed by YUL cant give EXP because they will always get bugged, so from now on every seasonal event any mob managed by YUL will not give EXP at all
- Ability EXP was geting bugged in some cases because of the high rate in the AXP gain, we tweaked the values
