Not a bug MSHIELD ERROR

Hello Devs,
I encountered this problem yesterday. Before the update my laptop running Cabal World normally. Now when I press Start game, this message shows up.
I don't have any anti virus programs and I've tried scanning for repair but it didn't work. Please fix this, thank you in advance!
