Fixed NATION BUG

Required Information:

• Date - 01.05.2017 at 14:34
• Description -
  On that date I choose the nation but until now I have not got the procyon or capella nation but still neutral nation. And I have no choice to rechange the nation.

• Character -Wizard lv 177 ing : Irgadhita

i tried many to change nation all my char.... and its successfully changed.

please try to create another char... then restart ur pc and try to change ur new chars nation..
...
then tell us what if it works or not

Also log out from game when you try to select the nation

This problem was fixed and a check was added to not let anyone chose nation while still ingame.
