Fixed new character bugs

• Description - Describe the bug as accurate as possible. Include information such as what you were doing that could trigger the bug.

• Description -I just made a new character and when i went to buy skills I was unable to access the magic tab(also tired on existing WA and also not working). Also the newbie health potions are showing that I do not have any when i clearly have 996 (screenshot 1). Also the newbie return stones are unable to be used, you get disconnected when you use them (screenshot 2)

Fixed thank you for report, new made characters will have other items instead of the bugged ones.
