Fixed new chars have BM3 full skills

why is it the new character to be created have full bm3 skills and the old does not have? is it not unfair to us? im just asking, need an explanation coz i dont know hte quest to level it up

Get some minesta training books quest it for stain clone rewards. You only need a total of 120 stain clones for lvl 2 & 3.
