Olympus Gaming Network stole my ecoins?

Well, infortuny i have no time to stay in game every days, normaly i can play only a month/year, a long time ago i get a full package of ecoins (if i remeber this corretly, 100EUR) and take the best package of ecoins of this time (in my country this is a loot of money) and with this money i take a packagem elwis frame for FA, on this time this package is a complet package with epaulet, 2 helms, 2 weapons, 1 body, 1 boots, 1 gloves and i try talk about this with admin and he ignore my privates, its right? If i take this ecoins is because i TRUST in your server, i understand you need update but you really think not have responsability to give a reward for players?

Its is wrong and change my mind about redemption, infortuny if you don't solve this i will think your team are
not reliable

And more info to you... i playing here have a long, long time.... i playing here in time you give books to redemption, i playing here in time your palladium itens are chaos itens and a end game set... i playing here before equilibrium, before demonite, i playing here with my great litle time, its true, but every time i can i talk good thinks about your server, delete a full donate character because he can't playing is WRONG, and you need understand this.

@edit: Full character not, accesory's are not deleted, only epaulet, armor and weapons.

Hi in the past weeks or months there is an update for item deletion, you could've at least check the forum/website if you can't really play in-game like me so that you would've known about updates and changes like the removal of couple of sets. They did give ample time after the announced change will happen to get rid/salvaged stuff from the items to be removed. I highly doubt there'd be a refund. Godspeed!

Normaly if you buy any this not "leave" your bag, maybe have better itens with time, its normal, but never VANISH, if you think its corretly because have 1 or 2 months to change this or because "i not read the forum" if i buy any my responsability is only pay, not "check the forum to ADM NOT THIEF MY MONEY" have difference.

I waiting for a oficial response of staff, because this is basically a robbery.

Rob means take property unlawfully from (a person or place) by force or threat of force.

We gave ample time for players to destroy their items in time, its not our fault you didnt go online/ reading.
So if you just think about it a little it isnt robbery,

You are calling it robbery bec you didnt get enuf time to login and claim the compensation,
I could only say that its your fault why u didnt get the compensation, just dont blame it on us.

All private servers with 10... 15 players can give guarantees to your donate players because he can understand, the server stay online because this donation, because this help, and u not... for this you NEVER will going to be first, because your first compromisse are with players, not with yours stupid updates without consideration for players gaming! If your team have a minimal consideration you and your team need give to me and others donates without time to loggin a fair compensation for this items, but to do this need have word, and your team prefer ignore me or try justify your action... nice job.

Other players knew what will happen and you dont,
You dont have knowledge on the update, then just blame yourself

And the Admin doesnt really have to involve himself in this matter,

Well if you think that we stole from you, go ahead nothing will stop you, it is your opinion,
But dont think that all of us here will also think that we stole from you.
