Fixed on the topic of chaos set

- add chaos belts
- add set effect to chaos weapons in addition to set effect (aka 1/6*** equiped || or separate special weapon effect when used with full chaos set || or whatever seems like the most logical option, since aforementioned in previous threads, according to an administrators post chaos weapons weren't doing as much damage as the soul weapons, since im new here im not actually sure if that was resolved)
