Fixed Powerless Tempus Ring

I make this post for GM so actually i have me Tempus ring. Yesterday i have make one B3F and drop the powerless Tempus Ring and i don't know what i can make with because i have it.
I don't know if is possible for GM to make trade at Yul for trade the powerlesse Tempus ring versus some Cabal caps gold ?
