Refused Powerless tempus ring

My suggestion maybe can make powerless tempus ring Accound Binding i/o Character binding. Its already hard to drop. Sometimes when we doing Daily quest its drop but when we take it or loot it its wasted for Character already have it. Maybe can make it Account Binding so can used it to another character in the same account.

I am sorry but we wont do that, the game is made that each character has to work for the Tempus Ring and Awakened Tyrant's Ring.
