Fixed Premium channel (dungeon)

Would be nice to see one of the premium channels made so that we can run dungeons with x2 drops

After we improve all dungeons drop rates like we did with normal maps it wont be needed.
And we dont want to make items very easy to get via the drops especially in dungeons where the most epic items will drop.
