4. Although personal attacks against our staff can lead to penalties, the only instance of disrespect we could identify in this case was Beerus's disparaging comment about not wanting to join MiiaK's team.
We must honestly admit that under similar circumstances, many of us might express similar sentiments. Hence, while this is not an ideal behavior, we are not treating it as severely as we might in a different context.
Additionally, the manner in which the ban was executed in this case was improper. The standard procedure dictates a 28-day ban for staff insults, followed by a permanent ban if the offense is repeated, unless decided otherwise by an administrator.
We have taken steps to rectify this situation by holding an intensive discussion with our staff, ensuring they are well-versed in what is permissible and what is not. They are specifically forbidden from distributing bans arbitrarily or fabricating rules. Considering that there was an insult involved in this case, the ban will remain in effect for 7 days from its initial date.
