i suggest lower the limit.. up to 150 i think? spending that much before getting something is really not worth it anymore.

Lowering the limit will just make people abuse the discount you have for the first 299 redeems.

First of all i want to say that i understand your thoughts about this "exploitation" of this redeem system.
But the ratio between how much you pay and how much you receive is almost close to 0.
I know , i know, no one force you to do anything, but most of us are doing those redeems and this change is too extreme.

No offence but this is the truth,i deeply understand the reasons for this change about the recognition of the effort you put in those updates.
As it looks now you just pointed out that if you want to buy something from eCoins Shop you will have to donate.

As it looks now i think,maybe you have mistaken the percentages, it should be something like this:

• 5 eCoins - 1% Chance
• 10 eCoins - 4% Chance
• 15 eCoins - 5% Chance
• 20 eCoins - 80% Chance
• 40 eCoins - 10% Chance

Redeem 300 and above will require you:

• 190 Level character (Redeeming does not reset level)
• 5,000,000 Honor Points
• 600 Redeem Coins
• 100,000,000 Alz
  

Each redeem above 299 redeems will reward you one of the following eCoin packages:

• 5 eCoins - 80% Chance
• 10 eCoins - 10% Chance
• 15 eCoins - 5% Chance
• 20 eCoins - 4% Chance
• 40 eCoins - 1% Chance

Here are the latest numbers we had before we did the change

There were 51784 redeems made in total and there were over 400.000 eCoins sent to the players since we implemented this Redeem system with loot boxes.

And there were only 8 players with 300+ redeems and 25 players above 200+ redeems.
And there were 7500+ characters deleted.

Before we did this update the rates were like this

• 5 eCoins - 92% Chance
• 10 eCoins - 5% Chance
• 15 eCoins - 2% Chance
• 20 eCoins - 1% Chance

and no one complained but of course they were abusing the system, now they wont be able to abuse and will get the bonus eCoins from redeem 300 that you will pay a reasonable price in Alz, Redeem Coins and Honor that you can get also very easy just by playing, and what you get with eCoins you can get from drops or crafting ingame also. So now do you observe the purpose of this change which is strictly to stop the abusing of players?

The biggest inconvenient now is Character deletion, for example i have all slots ocupied and 5 chars are BL, all chars lvl 180 , this mean i can't play another class anymore?

You are stuck with them yea, its like the limit on official because of the special inventory that rewards you after some targeted levels some items.
Same stuff.

This is the only way we can peace out everyone.

   1. Usage of multiple accounts to gain benefits on 1 or more "main" account(s) is strictly prohibited
      • Having more accounts just to play from them is allowed as long as you dont break rule 7 paragraph 1.
   2. Usage of multiple clients at the same time is strictly prohibited
      • Punishment: Permanent ban to all the accounts of the user

The penalty for that concern is really too heavy, that why im going to ask clearly before doing so.
-storage purpose
-auction house access
-voting reward

The points i stated above, is all i care most. However there might be some details that i can't do, please let me know, clearly i care most for my main account and don't want fall into trap of "Punishment: Permanent ban to all the accounts of the user".

My friend the rules states it clearly, as long as you don't have more accounts to benefit 1 of them is ok, meaning you want to play for example 6 archers in 1 account and 6 force shielders in another.
I really think that our rules are very clear.
