Inapplicable Remove cast animation for buffs (ex. blader damage buffs)

Dunno if this can be added but I saw a feature where the cast animation for buffs were not present. For example, a blader under BM2 uses intense blade and art of fierceness but can still continue to do DPS without doing any cast animation for the buffs. The cast animation uses time enough to remove additional DPS when hitting with bm2.

We have instant cast before because it has unforseen bugs,
So we decided to remove it
