Fixed Requesting Cabal Voucher in eshop!

it would be really nice if we do have Cabal Voucher in our Server
using this things will make our trading system better
it can help those donor and non donor players
we can just sell vouchers to make it easier rather than asking what do they want or need to get from those eCoins that they just bought.
More Donate from us , some alz for donor , good amount of eCoins for Non Donor
i think having this wasnt too bad since a lot of people buy and sell EC!

Sorry but REJECTED for this again. The reason is: Exploitable and tricky and the admins need to look for other method to make sure 100% it wont cause any problem(s) in the future!

The reason we reject this for now is like the same with voting, people are creating multiple accounts and they take advantage of that by winning the month voting with multiple accounts, this is not allowed in our server... to implement the vouchers ingame, we will need a solution to prevent any scamming, exploiting and etc like Richton mentioned...
