I think Sellenia weapons should get the same treatments as LR weapons, here it is why:
The formula card stated, that if u have higher craft level skill, then u can be 'lucky' enough to get 3 slot weapon. But this makes u (at the moment) unlucky. When you craft it (doesnt matter if u get 2slot or 3slot) the last slot isnt extended. There isnt any problem if u are 'unlucky' and get only a clean 2 slotted, since u extend it and its done, the last slot gives extra!
But if u get a 3 slotted version, you cant unbind/bind it on the page, which is bad, since u wont get any plus stats. In the end, at the moment higher craft level is a punishment. (screenshot attached)

Suggestion: Sellenia weapons last slot should be extended as Lost Relic's (dont want to mess with the 'unlucky' guys/girls, so only for the 3 slotted version should have this). Since if u get the 3 slotted version, u r losing the bonus stats.

Yeah right. If ever 3 slot craft succeeded, the 3rd slot should already have an extended effect at least. I feel bad for the high-level crafters.
 
But the point is, if they make it bindable/unbindable, the higher craft (3slot) got a lot disadvantages. U need to unbind and then bind the weapon.... While if u get a 2 slotted weapon, all you need is a slot extender highest.
 
Actually I agree with the Sellenia weapons being character-binding so that the pieces can maintain its market value. But having to craft 3 slot isn't fair for high-level crafters. The only solution is remove the 3 slot craft chance and make it just 2 so that we can extend it and still get the same benefit from extended effects.
 
These pcs dont need to have value on market, look how many resources it requires. its easy for old player, whom reached max and is bored already and imagine a newbie obtaining it, game is not balanced and for newbies and low geared players..
 
There no unbalance on this server if u get all item u need u like old player to. I agree make this new weapon 2 slot Max 3rd slot we extend it

I know what you feel Sir. But don't forget how much time and effort (probably money too for others) these players have invested in game just to reach and achieve their goals. Of course, the strong ones will have more benefits when it comes to those cases. It's technically natural for new ones and low-geared players to have that much difficulty. Your argument is just the same as a new employee complaining why he has lower salary than a manager.

The last word is a good point , of course the old players will have more advantage , it will be not fair if low-geared / new players direct go max weapon , they need set goals , achive it stage by stage .

Thank you for reporting it to us.
On the next update we will have this fixed and all who have already got the 3 slotted weapons but only char bound and not extended will have the items updated upon character log in ingame (if they did not add slot options to them, if they added slots to them they will have to use the unbind system and unbind them and bind them back to get the extra power from being bound)

From tomorrows update the 3 slotted crafting will have the slots extended while the 2 ones will remain the same as it is now.
