Fixed Sp pot lvl4

I trink those sp pots lvl 4 in cCash shop are totally useless, i suggest to add a perma sp pot lvl4 like the perma hp and mp pot, this way people would surely purchase it.

actually this post makes no sense to me, i can't figure out what you're trying to say.

Noctis, for normal players they would still be usefull, this perma sp pot would buy only donaters i'm sure.
