Fixed Sword Splitter BM3 not working?

hi i bought a sword splitter bm3 for 90vcoins i right click it and it says i learned sword splitter but what happen it wont show or i cant use it. is this a bug or something?View attachment 172

you need to Complete the BSLV #3 and have Grade 14

Like brazil said, the BM3 Skill will appear whenever you reach the grade 14 of your character, for that you need to complete the BSLV #3 quest.
