Fixed Time Issue

Hellow. After this update, like after the previous one, event bosses spawn time(r) got problems again. (patern didn't spawn at 2:00am - normal spawn nor at 3:00am and 4:00am -today time ofc... thx

i forwarded your concern in the staff chat the admins will hopefully take a look at the time synchronization soon.

In 5 minutes Killian will appear on channel 4 in BI.
The sytem works.We just checked everything.

And this proves that the system works.
