Fixed Unbind Fail

I have bought 1 piece tranquility yestarday, crafted the piece and tryed unbind it using craftman it failed but item was there, on the second atempt also using craftman the item was destroyed... how can this happen if it clearly states with craftman if fail there is no penalty? Some help? I'm realy mad with this ishue ...

Hello, we just added a log system for the bind and unbind system that will keep track of all of the attempts made by you (the players).
If this really happened to you it will happen to others with the same item and we will have the log.
Only then we will be able to give you the pretended item back.
Also you can only lose an item if your master attempts were gone.
