Greetings Nevarethians!
We're thrilled to bring you the latest revamp on the World Rulers system:

1. The World Rulers system has undergone a comprehensive overhaul.
2. Rulers will no longer appear at a fixed schedule and won't vanish after just 5 minutes.
3. All rulers will now be simultaneously active.
4. They will spawn automatically at their designated sites and will respawn randomly within a timeframe of 2 to 3 hours.
5. With this spawn system modification, players can now strategically farm rulers to obtain specific essences.
6. The wait-time for loot has been reduced from 15 seconds to a swift 5 seconds, enhancing your gaming experience. However, the loot limiter remains unchanged and will operate as it always has around the World Rulers.
7. 🛡 Adjustments were made to the World Rulers stats. Their HP, HP Recharge, and Defense have been significantly decreased.
8. Drops have seen a revision too: each boss will now solely yield the Essence of Ruler (aligned with the boss's level) and the Token of Retaliator. Each boss has a maximum drop limit of 10 items, but rest assured, the looting protocol remains as it was. Especially since they can make an appearance anywhere from 8 to 12 times daily.
9. Announcements regarding the spawning or defeating of rulers will exclusively be made on the Draco (World Rulers) channel.

Special Drops Highlight: The Arcane Golem of Rage continues to feature the coveted Astral Bike Card: QW7 Rage in its drop list, with the odds of acquiring it unchanged.

Maintenance is over.
There is one issue we found with the World Rulers notification system. Unfortunately it will take some time to fix it, but as soon as its ready, we will do a quick server restart to enable it. Until then, you will have to check the bosses at their locations to see if they are still alive or they were defeated.
To not keep you waiting for this "small" issue to be fixed and applied, we will start the server right away and announce when we have the fix ready!
