RW3 BASE STATS
7% SSA + 7% MSA bonus is low compared to other bikes' bonuses (No class uses both amp for their skills as well.). Red Flare and Crysis bikes gives 5% AMP, which is 2% less but hugely compensates that loss with 20% CDI(Redflare) or 4% MCR(Crysis). I think RW3 needs a little boost on amp bonus, maybe up to 12%. Or changing the base stats for All amp + All attack up.
