I think it would be better if vote ranking reset weekly not monthly in this mode people will be more motivate to vote, and you can split actual reward in 2 phase , so they can enjoy their reward faster (don't have to wait for it 1 month).

We have discussed about this and since all voting sites have monthly votes system, we cannot change the reward period.
