Not a bug Vote

• Date - The date (server time) the bug occurred. Include as accurate info as possible.
• Description - Describe the bug as accurate as possible. Include information such as what you were doing that could trigger the bug.

  It's been months since the 5 more voting site added for vote. And based on what i have observed, the last vote site is not working properly.
  1. It was the only one that you can vote in 24hours, not 12hours like the others.
  2. After verification, it always shows "you already voted...." or "thank you for voting..."(which is rare to happen.)
  3. No. 2 doesn't always mean it's already counted, it's always be a "pending vote" which will result of me voting for 2 to 3 times more just to make sure it will not be pending anymore.
  4. There are times, this will give vote points more than 1 or 0, sometimes it will add 2 or 3 points or nothing at all.
  5. It makes the vote ranking all messed up.
  
  Note: The IP thingy was consider, with or without app. for that, this happened.
