I was also able to vote now on the first site but not on the seconds one.

Like we said this bugs are not from our side and the vote site owners does not seem to give to much interest into fixing their pingbacks (confirmation of the successful votes sent to our website) so we are discussing about changing the vote system.

I will mark this as not a bug and once we decided over what and how the voting system will work we will let you all know.
