Refused WATER/FIRE/WIND/ EARTH Elements to be Unbinded

NOT referring to Lightning Element - It must be account bind eternally. Due to some idiots shall likely try to outsmart the voting rewards & privileges by creating unlimited accounts.

Suggestion: Wind / Fire / Earth / Water Elements - to be unbind-ed; (About the wind element being bought with voting points -it must be removed in order not to be abused.)
Reason: To Enable another Profession - Crafters for Hire.

Quite a good idea, it maybe can be problem solve for crafters that don't have LE. Maybe this can be try to see the outcome .
