cant use weapon storage box to lightsaber orb costume but other costume weap can

Where did you originally obtain the costume from?

He has it from an event for sure, like I said before, all costumes that are purchased from the Merchant can be sealed/wrapped, those who are received from event or other rewards cannot be sealed/wrapped because they are property+custom account bound.
