I think the white caps in the event npc in the green despair is bug for the reason that 1 white cap is equivalent into 5 black caps then it says in the event you need 5 white caps to be able to exchange into gold cap while 1 gold cap consist only 10 black caps........

This is not a bug.
The value of the silver caps is the correct amount.
Black caps is the lowest value, you can obtain silver caps from Redeeming and the Event boss so.
