Fixed Xtremetop100 Vote Link : stuck at pending

I tried it multiple times but it does not go out of pending status. I also tried to log on another account but both would not get out of pending status. It was OK yesterday.

Also, When are we going to be able to vote on TOPG on the same IP? Is this still being pursued? TOPG always says the voting is successful but for some reason OGN is not able to verify the vote.

There were some issues yesterday but I fixed them like after 30 minutes of being faulty.
