Fixed A month long event.

May be there could be a event which last a month. players are tired leveling up. thats why many are quiting. if there are events that lasts a month may be we could be busy a lot.. like collecting a quest item exchange for a nice item in random.. not the events that last only for a couple of minutes.

It takes more than 1 month to get full chaos set, unless you aren't leveling 24/7
