Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with a quest where a custom value of alz was mistakenly set before the alz denomination took effect. Regrettably, some players took advantage of this situation and farmed alz in excess of what was intended.
I am deeply disappointed in those who failed to report this problem, considering the challenges we face in maintaining a balanced game market.
However, let me reiterate that our rules are explicit, and any exploitation will result in consequences. Following the upcoming honor medal update, we will thoroughly review the server logs from the period of the alz denomination update to identify all characters that participated in this quest and farmed excessive alz.
There are two possible outcomes:
1) Players who engaged in this quest must reimburse the difference via email to my character |GM|Cykros and provide a screenshot as proof. For instance, if you farmed 2,000,000,000 alz, you need to divide that amount by 25 and return the remainder.
Calculation: 2,000,000,000 / 25 = 80,000,000 (You keep this amount) -> You send 1,920,000,000 to my character.
2) For those who fail to comply after the update, we will develop a tool to filter the logs and identify characters who repeatedly completed the quest and collected 20 million alz. Subsequently, we will ban those accounts and any associated ones.
SHAME ON THOSE WHO ABUSED THIS, ESPECIALLY THE VETERAN PLAYERS WHO UNDERSTAND THE CHALLENGES OF BALANCING THE ALZ IN-GAME.
