Fixed BM3 Synergy of FS (Protector of Nevareth) **15% Defense**

I tested the FS BM3 synergy named "Protector of Nevareth" The bonus "15% Defense" is not working rather it gives FLAT 15 Defense not 15% Defense. I hope you look into this. Thanks in advance.

E.G my defense was 3310 then after I combo it turn 3325. It supposed to turn 3806.

On the next updated the fix will be applied to the client.
