Fixed Chaos Epaulets

So, as we have now we are having Slotted Epaulets of Chaos equip. So I suggest to give chance to pioneers/oldplayers to upgrade our old epaulets to slotted. Make a formula card that can be bought @ event yuii in GD w/ contains the requirements ( old epaulets, etc, etc etc. ) Up to you. Just like what you guys did for tempus ring Good DAy!

and the staff has also voiced our opinions regarding the matter there, so that will most likely give u an idea a to wether what you're requesting is gonna happen or not.
