Fixed Chaos Item Extraction

May be we could extract the chaos items, Resulting for cabal caps. Not the entirely number of caps that we used but may be half of it. Me personally wants to experiment chaos items. with different epics. and some of them are rather useless in the end. Im suggesting that we recycle them by extracting it in exchange of the half of the price of CABAL CAPS we used.
