Game ----> Control Panel ----> ur Charakter and Charakter Panel scroll down and u see Change Nation

u must offline

Maybe a document or a subside at the wiki page on the website would be nice to describe things like choosing a nation, getting bm3 & aura and some info about wheel of fortune, voting and level spots
