Use this manual patche in case your client closes auto closes after the update process.

Latest updates (the many files you see being updated) are visual improvements on the client.

After we are totally done with the we will release a new client installer also.

Full Manual Patch: Download Link 06-march-2018 (This is not needed if you installed the game version 1.5)

Download the patche above and put it in your client root folder. After that extract it and replace all current files in the client.

After you are done open cabal.exe (the launcher) and press the scan button. When the scan finished open Launcher.log file and check if any item was damaged and needed to be re-downloaded in the scan process.

At this point you should have the client updated 100% and functional.

If your client has issues like auto-closing please reply here with a picture of the Launcher.log content and what is the problem.

I'm sorry for asking this noob question but do I need to download both files or I only need one?

First post updated will 1 single patch containing all visual changes done to the client.

How is the patch working?
I am expecting users with windows on x32 bit to have issues...
Please give me feedback.

Hello,

my problem for me is that when i click on "Play" on the launcher, the launcher close for 1-2 seconds and comes back without the game launching.
Is there a solution to my problem please? :/

Thanks.

Edit : I already did the manual patch and doesn't change anything.

If you get disconnected that is strictly related to network.
There is nothing we can do about that.
Let me quick explain about this
1) If my network will laggy, mobs cant hit me, they will just stay with me, but i see how mobs hitting me, and i see MISS and Damage on me, its cant be trouble with network
2) I know people who have same problem
3) This laggy after your "Best textures for pockets" update. What now?

The games uses a maximum of 500 MB more ram now, that is not the cause for "Lag", this comes strictly from client or server internet connection.
What are you PC specs? Also if you think its from the visual upgrade update you can try the ddraw. Check the readme file to see how to enable it.

It is very important after you did it to give me feedback.

Okay, i do as u say

If you have 4GB of ram and 32-bit Windows 7 you can try the following:
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and type in
bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 3072
Then reboot your PC.
This setting will tell your PC that it can use up to 3GB of ram for applications.
If you decide that this messes up your system RAM usage too much you can delete the option by entering:
bcdedit /deletevalue IncreaseUserVa
We haven’t tested it on Windows 8 32-bit, but it should work

*Note: I have reinstalled with windows defender off (I even added game files into the exceptions list just in case) as well as manually patched, fixed the launcher and deleted config.dll file and fixed the launcher again after I copy/pasted this launcher information and am still getting the "Cabal Online has stopped working" error after the character select screen...

**EDIT (after taking out config.dll and running another scan)
