Fixed Donate via MOL points

is gone again, friend of mine is requesting to have it in donate system coz here in philippines we can only avail Cherry Credits w/c is too much expensive for donors like students, and yes MOL can be more cheaper than Cherry Credits and Mobiamo. So donors on Philippines prefer to donate thru MOL points if there is a possible way to make it activate again do so.
