Fixed Golem of Rage

Any chance we can have a lower respawn time on Golems, since there are only 3 channels ... and respawn normal time is 4-8h, it should be reduced to half, since u reduced in half number of prem channels too ... that sounds like fair to me ...

Spawn time of this monster has been set to be equal to the other map bosses. (PF,PI). The change will apply with the upcoming update.
