Have you been trying to use the manual patches of OGN?

Also turn off the Antivirus you are currently using when you want to play, same goes for the Windows Defender/Firewall.
Be sure to put OGN Clients in the exception list of the Antivirus and Windows Defender and launch the launcher as Admin.

i already did everything i can but still the same, i try another server but it works.
so maybe, the problem is in the client.
