Help in ac solo

Hi. I have a problem in Abandoned City. When i do it in solo at the 5th Evils scientist Shane doesn't summon the boss when i talk with him. I'm doing everithing like it is in the Abandoned city guide. Can anyone help me what could poosibly be the problem? Thanks.

It is because you have got crashed before you confronted Shane (the bug is only for solo run but never happen on a party run).

I recommend to restart your client before trying to enter the dungeon.

I will try it thanks for the help . btw so if i relog in the dungeon why i am inside in solo ill never can summon the boss if i've already relogged before?

Yes, even you tried to relog it will cause the boss unable to summon.
