Fixed HP ABSORB RUNE BUG

So guys, the thing is I can't level up my HP absorb rune which is currently at level 2 now. Every time I attempt to upgrade it, I always get disconnected form the server. Tried it multiple times and the result is still the same. So here's the video.

The error code means that the client files are not syncronized with the server ones.
I just did a test and for me it worked fine.

Please reinstall a clean client from us.
It should work.
