Fixed Item Upgrading

i dont know if it's a bug but my item which was Fatal Soul Reaver Battle Spear +9 downgrade to 7 even though i had i Enchant Safeguard High.. now my weapon isback to 7

How many safeguards were in your inventory ? If you only had 1 then let's say your item would degrade 3 levels, 1 level won't go down but the other 2 will

Did you use high or highest safeguards, soul reaver needs highests

high.. and no one told me about it ... never played cabal just now
