Fixed MCR armor option scroll

adding mcr scrolls drops in dungeons/when you destroy item there is a chance you can get it.maybe its a good thing because you can only get mcr scrolls by doing redeeming(the fact that MSA SSA CRI CDI scrolls can also obtain on the game and redeeming also).

yep. this should be implemented. since mcr scroll is only achievable through redeeming and there's a low chance that you will get it form rewards.

yeah i agree with this, i passed rank14( in which you can get mcr scroll )but i wasn't so lucky to gain one. Dehnfeld?
