Merit Quest Missing

Im already Hr.20 And the quest from prewitt is not there? how do i solve this?

Hi im just another member like you, but as i know merit quest is not depends on honor or not just on honor, but on lvl as well. Did you reached the lvl 200?
If you did than the merit quest at bloody next the warehouse manager.
This weekend no staff member reacts for anything as my accoundgot hacked yesterday and noone reacts for it. I hope i helped you some.
