Old characters got deleted [Help appreciated]

I've been a player of the e-garena redemption server for quite a while, but I've uninstalled the game since i haven't had any time to actually play it because of lack of time, my account was full of characters, some Reborn 100 times, as I have invested my time into this, i would like some one to shed some light of information onto me regarding my characters that have simply disappeared. I scrolled through the posts and saw the merging of the servers, however it was stated that there would be no conflicts, that is the reason why I'm posting this. Not to mention that i previously had a lot of vote points stacked up, etc. I would just like to know if there is any data containing my account information that could be restored, or would i have to start from scratch, and why.
