Paymentwall payments updated

Recently payment wall increased their fees for any transaction done through their system, to be able to continue using their services we had to make a modification regarding the amount of eCoins you get for donating.

The exchange currency for donating with paymentwall will be 1 EUR = 70 eCoins

After some negotiations with payment-wall superior staff I managed to improve the eCoins reward to
1 EUR = 80 eCoins
