Not a bug. There is only a limit to how many personal shop that can be opened.

same thing happened to me right now. is it possible to remove or at least increase the limit ? let's say if more and more players play , more will go vend as well while being away rather than just idling at bi.

this is a bug i try to oppen shop and i cant . onle 2 shop open. if is this a limit shop then its suks

Saw it. Only 2 personal shops are on going. This is a bug. Thank you for the report. It will be fixed.
